Spartan Off-Season Program
A program with a focus on leveling-up our skill, endurance, strength, and attitude. The plan is to do this via an off-season program for our wrestling team. In a nutshell, the plan is to offer a training program that includes skill building (mat work), strength & conditioning (run by certified coach), nutrition guidance, and off-season dual competitions (to test skills against real competition).
